Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any signs of wear or damage
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement
  • 7-10 business days for PayPal refunds to be completed
  • 10-14 business days for bank transfer refunds to be processed

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider as processing times may vary
  3. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details

We will investigate any reported missing refunds and work with payment processors to resolve the issue promptly.
